Individual Counseling
Individual sessions are offered for those women who are interested in having one-on-one time with Kathryn. These sessions are designed with your particular needs in mind as you and Kathryn will decide together what the best course of action is for you. Most clients are interested in longer term work which includes a deep understanding of the cause (and thereby the healing path) that brings you in for counsellng. In assisting you in a healing process, Kathryn utilizes many different tools. You will likely find yourself working with dreams, doing creative expression through SoulCollage© and other art, journaling, and anything else that helps you build a deeper and kinder relationship with yourself. As we bring healing to our own hearts, we are freed up to assist in the healing of our relationships, our communities and hopefully our entire planet.

Women's Circles
East Wind Ceremonies has been sponsoring Women’s groups for many years. We call these groups “Circles” because the word symbolizes the coming together of women in trust and friendship. Being in a Circle gives one the opportunity to learn from the wisdom of other women and also to see what personal triggers can be identified and worked with. Belonging to a group of like-spirited women is balm for the wound of isolation in our current world.
Currently we are offering a Book Circle which explores a wide range of relevant topics and we work together to integrate what we are learning with honesty and humor.. We meet several times a month.
We also offer a longer term Circle which includes a 3 hour remote gathering and an individual session with Kathryn monthly. Because this is a year long circle, it allows for deeper sharing and connection.with a small group of like-hearted women. We often study books together, do creative expression activities, participate in simple but powerful ceremonies and support each other in whatever is most important in our lives.
Adoptees at Midlife: Several new Circles are coming up for female Adoptees over the age of 50. Being an Adoptee is a specific experience, especially when it comes to unexpressed and unincorporated grief. There is no better place to find "a home" than to be with other adoptees who long to move through their relinqishment/adoption experience and find inner peace.
Please check directly with Kathryn if you are interested in a Circle. Oftentimes, there are a number of Circles taking place at any given time. All circles require a commitment (time varies with the circle) so that safety and trust can be deeply built into the gatherings. The price for Circles is very reasonable and varies depending on frequency and duration.
